We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies to increase our brand presence, engage with our audience, and drive business growth in the UAE market.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Create engaging and relevant content to attract and retain followers.
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and design to align social media strategies with business goals.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay ahead in the digital marketing landscape.
- Respond to comments and messages to foster community engagement.
- Manage social media advertising budgets and optimize ad spend for maximum ROI.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance and campaign effectiveness.

- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably within the UAE market.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and creative skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze data and use metrics to inform strategies.
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Cultural awareness and understanding of the UAE market and audience preferences.
