Saudi or UAE Social Media Specialist

Our client, a leading Digital agency in Dubai are looking to hire UAE or Saudi nationals to join their Social Media team.

- Good online research skills to monitor and understand client’s market and competitors.
- Summarize insights and conversations to create actionable, client-facing reports that lead to optimization
- Follow and maintain content strategy
- Work closely with content department to maintain agreed content calendar
- Work closely with the client servicing team, to manage each account directly
- Schedule and post relevant content in accordance with content calendar and monitor progress.

Requirements

- (Preferably) Has a bachelor’s or associates degree in business, communication or information technology and/or related fields.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
- 2 years of experience managing social media platforms or communities for brands within an agency environment
- Team player, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary
- Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
- Have a good knowledge of principles of customer service
- Highly analytical mindset
