Job description / Role
• Increase brand awareness which will help to achieve marketing objectives.
• Develop, implement and manage an ongoing social media strategic calendar.
• Design, create, and deliver marketing programs to support expansion and growth of the company services and products.
• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and messaging and audience identification.
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
• Utilize advertising/promotional tools on social media platforms to push content to specific audiences.
Requirements
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any other related course from reputable university.
Experience:
• Worked at least four (4) years in Digital Marketing.
• Experience in developing social media strategies and plans.
• Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns.
• Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing.
• Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
