We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across all social media platforms, as well as analyzing performance metrics to improve results and drive audience engagement.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in social media management
• Experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Content Creation Skills: experience in filming, editing, and producing Reels/short-form videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, or Canva.
• Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other emerging platforms.
• Creative thinking and Ability to brainstorm unique, innovative, and content ideas.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to track, interpret, and report social media metrics Excellent writing and content creation skills.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Twitter Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer.
• Basic knowledge of crypto and blockchain is considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Create and schedule content for platforms such as Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
• Write engaging copy, captions, and hashtags tailored to each platform’s audience and tone.
• Monitor social channels for trends, comments, and mentions; actively engage with the online community.
• Analyze performance using social media analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
• Stay current with algorithm updates, social media trends, and industry best practices.
• Possess graphic design skills with proficiency in tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar and worked closely with marketing team.
