Position Title: Social Media Specialist

Salary: up to 10K AED depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A premium bakery brand in Dubai known for its artisanal pastries, breads, and exquisite desserts combining flavors with contemporary innovation.

Job Description:
-Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals.
-Create, schedule, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos) across all social media platforms.
-Engage and grow online communities by responding to comments, messages, and trends promptly.
-Monitor performance through analytics, optimize campaigns (organic and paid), and report actionable insights.

-Open to female, Arabic nationals aged 40 and below, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
-Proven track record in managing social media for hospitality, café, or F&B brands preferably in Dubai.
-Skilled in content creation across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with a strong sense of branding, food aesthetics, and audience engagement for premium café or bakery concepts.
-Proficient in social media analytics, scheduling tools, and managing paid campaigns.

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
