Position Title: Social Media Specialist
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 13K AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A UAE-based company and one of the largest paint manufacturers in the Middle East, offering a wide range of decorative, industrial, marine, powder, and eco-friendly coatings.

Job Description:
• Manage and oversee social media platforms, ensuring consistent, on-brand content and engagement with followers.
• Develop, write, and schedule compelling content across social media, blogs, emails, and other digital channels.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance, track key metrics, and report on campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices, collaborate with the marketing team, and coordinate campaigns and influencer partnerships.

Qualifications:
• Open to Asian and Arabic nationals, aged 40 and below.
• Bachelor’s in Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Fluent in English & Arabic, with social media analytics experience

Salary:
AED 13,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
