Description

* Develop and execute engaging Instagram content, including posts, reels, and stories.
* Ensure all content aligns with the company's branding and marketing strategy.
* Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Build relationships with followers and enhance audience engagement.
* Monitor and address customer concerns or complaints on Instagram.
* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain a positive brand image.
* Implement strategies to increase followers and engagement.
* Stay updated on Instagram trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

The sucesful candidate for this role will be:

* Native Arabic speaker with strong written and spoken communication skills in both Arabic and English.
* Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in managing social media platforms, with a strong focus on Instagram.
* The candidate needs to be be based in UAE with local experience.
* Proven track record of growing Instagram pages and increasing audience engagement.
* Creativity in content creation, including video editing, graphic design, and caption writing.
* Strong customer service skills, with experience handling inquiries and complaints professionally.
