Social Media Specialist/Manager - Construction

Our well established Client in Dubai is looking for a Social Media Specialist/ Manager who can elevate their online presence, generate leads, and creatively showcase their company and services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation: Develop and curate high-quality content, including photos, videos, and graphics, to showcase property listings, market updates, and company news.
• Social Media Strategy: Plan and execute social media strategies across key platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Ad Campaigns: Create and manage paid social media campaigns to generate leads and drive engagement. Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
• Community Engagement: Engage with their audience by responding to messages, comments, and inquiries promptly to foster a community of loyal followers.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media analytics to track engagement, leads, and overall performance. Provide regular reports and insights for continuous improvement.
• Trend Research: Stay updated on real estate market trends and social media best practices to keep their content relevant and engaging.

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, public relations, advertising or communications.
• 2 years of experience working in Social Media marketing, public relations, advertising, or a related field.
• Professional qualification in Digital marketing and social media is an advantage.
• Experience of managing Social Media Channels including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.
• Experience in the Construction / real estate industry is an advantage.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
