Role Overview

As a Social Media Specialist, you'll take ownership of our social media presence, from strategy to execution. You'll be responsible for creating high-performing video content, driving engagement, managing campaigns, and growing our community of aspiring entrepreneurs and business owners. You’ll play a key role in shaping how the Trade License Zone brand communicates online.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing goals.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging video and static content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns.
- Stay on top of social media trends, incorporating relevant formats and challenges to boost visibility and engagement.
- Engage with our audience through comments, messages, and community-building activities.
- Manage the social media calendar, ensuring consistent and strategic posting.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Junior or recent graduate with experience in social media management and content creation, especially video.
- Strong understanding of platform-specific strategies and content formats.
- Proficient in video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut).
- Confident on camera with a professional and relatable presence, female candidates with a pleasing personality and strong communication skills preferred.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
