Soft Services Unit Head - UAE National

Job description / Role

This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing soft services across large-scale facilities, including cleaning, pest control, and planning services.

Description

* Lead and manage a team of four direct reports within the soft services function.
* Oversee the delivery and quality of soft services across multiple facilities.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and report directly to the Facilities Management Section Head.
* Ensure compliance with service standards, health and safety regulations, and operational KPIs.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across soft service operations.

* 7+ years of proven experience in soft services or facilities management, ideally within large-scale or complex environments.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
