Soft Skills Trainer (Arabic Speaking)

Charterhouse is working with a leading IT company who has a global presence and a strong brand in the market. An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join their Dubai team as a Soft Skills Trainer (Arabic Speaking).

This role will report to the Training Manager for the region and will involve frequent travel across the GCC in order to deliver training on non-technical courses. Your main responsibilities will be to deliver blended learning solutions to a sales population across the GCC and will include training of head office staff. Frequent reporting on trends and evaluation of training courses will be an essential part of the role.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a proven history of soft skills training, preferably within retail and specifically including UAE experience. You should be prepared to travel frequently throughout the region (KSA excepted). Only candidates who are Arabic speaking should apply for this role.
