Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• 8-10 years’ experience of proven success in understanding and controlling their software licensing entitlement in addition to licensing reconciliation services
• Advanced licensing skills regarding system platforms (e.g. Microsoft, SAP, IBM or Oracle), and operational knowledge of SAM tool.
• Familiarity with SAM standards or frameworks
• Engage in a diversity of projects to build domain expertise from focused diagnostics and vendor baselines (where applicable) to full SAM implementations
• Be a catalyst of client Business needs and align them with IT investment for better agility and productivity
• Help the customer in getting the organization ready for Software Asset Management and realize the real business benefits of Client state-of-the-art SAM platform
• Lead in delivering projects with the purpose to visualize potential business values such as optimization, cost savings, risk reduction and healthier financial position.
• Support customers in successfully aligning the three perspectives of People, Process, and Technology to ensure the to fully leverage the potential of Client SAM Platform
• Work with software publishers and customers to retrieve the correct licenses and agreement base
• Ensure monthly reports are produced and SLAs are met in a timely fashion

Requirements

• Drive Company Culture and Values by demonstrating Accountability and Commitment in the day to day operations
• Excellent Customer Interface and Interviewing skills with the advantage of having Broad knowledge of the Microsoft Platform
• An ability to communicate effectively with teammates. A key example will be presenting results of analyses performed highlighting methods used, exceptions, issues, trends, observations, and recommendations
• Travel to client sites is likely to be required in the normal course of work, although this may be sporadic
• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in relevant Information Technology major.
