BlackStone eIT is looking for a talented software developer with expertise in Fabric and Power BI to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven applications and analytics solutions that leverage Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. You will collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, create data models, and deliver insightful reports and dashboards that drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Utilize Microsoft Fabric to build and integrate data pipelines and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical implementations.
• Optimize Power BI reports for performance and usability.
• Conduct thorough testing and troubleshoot issues related to data visualization and reporting.
• Stay current with the latest technologies and best practices in data analytics and visualization.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI functionalities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data visualization techniques.
• Proficiency in Power BI DAX, M language, and related technologies.
• Experience with SQL Server and data warehousing concepts.
• Thorough understanding of data analytics tools and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Certifications in Power BI or Microsoft Azure are a plus.
