Software Engineer

Job description / Role

This is a great opportunity for a Software Engineer to be a part of the pioneer team in a startup company in Dubai.

Responsibilities:
• Execute full lifecycle software development;
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code;
• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software overall;
• Document and maintain software functionality;
• Troubleshooting software issues and optimizing existing codes;
• Ensure high levels of security throughout all aspects of development;
• Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility;
• Manage individual project priorities as well as deadlines and deliverables;

Requirements

• Proven excellent experience as a Software Engineer / Software Developer;
• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field;
• Expert knowledge of software developing tools;
• Be fluent in Linux: Archlinux/Antergos, Exherbo, Ubuntu, or Fedora;
• Have a deep knowledge of concurrency, resiliency, HTTP and REST;
• Be deeply proficient in server-side software development;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Passionate and driven individual
