Software Integration Engineer

Job: Software Engineer - Integration - Full-time - Permanent
Location: Dubai
Years of experience required: 4-5 years

A leading client of mine within the Logistics and Shipping sector is seeking an experienced Software Engineer who has knowledge of and experience with system integrations and implementation of integration projects.

Job role objectives:

- Implementation of new integration projects in coordination with Technical Leads and Architects
- Liaising with QAs to ensure quality deliverables and executing all test cases
- Suggesting improvements in the existing integration framework and participating in code reviews
- Implementation of integration solutions ensuring adherence to resilience and high-performance messaging systems
- Troubleshooting existing integrations
- Participation and punctuality in scrum ceremonies
- Writing coded unit tests and participating in integration tests and UATs
- Participate in load testing with QAs and optimize areas identified during load tests

Requirements

Must have knowledge and experience in the following:

- Experience in .Net core
- Identifying production issues, and optimizations, and suggesting/implementing improvements for business
continuity
- Experience in working with Agile environments and knowledge of Agile processes and principles
- Experience on RabbitMQ, and Kubernetes is a plus
- Experience working on RDBMS and No-SQL databases
