Position Title: Application / Software Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 16K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A large multinational company based in Sharjah, specializing in defense, smart city solutions, and cybersecurity engineering services.

Job Description:
- Manage system updates, change requests, and operational support in coordination with SRTA, STEE AD, remote teams, and vendors related to software
- Lead and coordinate Java-based backend development and change requests.
- Manage ongoing support, patches, and troubleshooting for existing applications.
- Assist in testing and deployment of software updates and enhancements.

- Open to Male, 25 – 40 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Embedded Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years experience in IT project coordination, Java backend system management, or managed services.
- Proficient in Oracle DB and WebLogic with experience in leading software development teams and coordinating software updates.
- Must have valid UAE Driving License

Salary:
AED 14,000 to 16,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
