Software Product Manager cum Team Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Software Product Manager with a strong software background to lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of our enterprise software platforms. This role requires a hands-on product leader who can define product vision, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and guide the software development team to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality systems. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business, customers, and engineering, ensuring products meet market needs while maintaining technical excellence.

•Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to deployment and ongoing enhancements.
•Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and release plans aligned with business objectives.
•Gather requirements from sales, presales, operations, customers, and partners, and translate them into product specifications, functional requirements, and user stories.
•Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
•Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation.
•Lead and mentor software development teams (backend, frontend, mobile, QA), providing technical guidance and architectural oversight.
•Review system designs, workflows, APIs, and integrations with third-party systems.
•Ensure adoption of software development best practices including coding standards, documentation, version control, and testing.
•Plan and manage Agile/Scrum sprints, releases, and delivery milestones.
•Support presales and customer-facing teams with product demos, technical clarifications, and solution positioning.
•Collaborate with QA, operations, and support teams to ensure product quality, performance, and reliability.
•Maintain product and technical documentation including PRDs, architecture diagrams, API docs, and user guides.
•Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
•Define and track product KPIs to measure adoption, performance, and success.

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; Masters /PMP / PMI-ACP is an advantage.
•5–8+ years of experience in software development, product management, or technical leadership roles.
•Proven experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Software Team Lead.
•Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, web and mobile applications, REST APIs, relational and No SQL databases, and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure).
•Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies; hands-on coding experience is a plus.
•Exposure to enterprise software, platform-based solutions, payment systems, mobile apps, or data-driven platforms.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
•Excellent written, verbal communication, and stakeholder management skills.
