We are seeking an experienced solar business development manager to drive the growth of our solar business across the GCC region. The ideal candidate will possess strong market knowledge, excellent client relationship management skills, and a proven track record in developing strategic partnerships within the renewable energy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business growth strategies for solar projects in the GCC region.
• Identify and engage potential clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Manage end-to-end business development cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and business meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in solar/renewable energy business development.
• Strong understanding of the GCC market and regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Proven ability to meet business growth targets.
• Valid UAE/GCC driving license preferred.
