Job description / Role
We're looking to hire a Solution Architect to support our Business Solutions Team, this is role that would appeal to sales personnel at a corporate level.
As a Solution Architect you would be entrusted to provide consultative support and technical expertise in Pre Sales situations.
Manage the proposal composition for customer requests and major bids.
Work in close coordination with Sales and customer IT team to develop product and solution design for specific customer requirements.
Be responsible for understanding customer requirements, coordinating with internal departments and outside vendors to develop solutions and offerings that leverage Etisalat products and services to address these requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
2 to 4 years experience in presales, solution design & development, preferably in a Telecoms environment.
