BlackStone eIT is looking for a talented Solution Architect specializing in DevOps for a 2-month contract position. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective DevOps solutions that align with our business objectives. You will collaborate closely with development and operations teams to streamline processes, improve communication, and elevate the overall efficiency of our software delivery pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess current software architectures and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Design and implement DevOps practices to increase collaboration between development and operations teams.
• Create CI/CD pipelines that automate the software deployment process.
• Develop architecture documentation and best practices for DevOps processes.
• Oversee the implementation of infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to development and operations teams.
• Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies for continuous integration, delivery, and monitoring.
• Ensure the solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
• Document and present architectural design decisions to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect with a focus on DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Solid scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.
• Available to start immediately and commit to the 2-month contract duration.
