Solutions / Presales Manager

- The Presales Mobility Infrastructure Services Solutions proactively supports the promotion of IBM's Mac Enterprise/Mobility offerings, as a technical expert who can articulate the benefits to senior client stakeholders
- The candidate should be a thought leader, who can develop a Mac Enterprise/Mobility Point of View, has good knowledge of applicability in the context of specific industries and can communicate value to large audiences, both internal and external.
- The Presales Mobility Infrastructure Services Solutions has responsibility for developing Mac Enterprise/Mobility Solutions to meet client requirements and differentiate IBM's offerings, by applying solution design and architectural experience to develop enterprise grade solutions for Mac Enterprise/Mobility opportunities.
- This will involve using experience in Mobility, End User Computing and Workplace environments and technologies such as Mac, Windows, Mobile Device Management (JAMF, MobileIron, etc), Mobile Enterprise Application platforms (Worklight/Kony/SAP), Mobile Analytics, Desktop Virtualization (Citrix/Vmware).
- In addition the candidate will be responsible for assisting IS Sellers in growing the Mobility Services business, through effective qualification of business opportunities from a technical perspective and progress opportunities through to signing with the sellers and look for opportunities to up-sell.

Requirements

Required Professional and Technical Expertise

- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Professional IT services
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Desktop/Laptop Management
- Minimum understanding of the Mobility Domain, End users support, Service Desk, Service Management
- Superior client communications; written/oral/presentations
