As a Sourcing Unit Head you will lead and optimise procurement operations, ensuring transparency, value, and alignment with regulatory standards.

Description

* Lead end-to-end sourcing operations in line with UAE laws and internal governance
* Manage vendor relationships, pre-qualification, and performance improvement
* Oversee the development of sourcing strategies that drive cost savings and operational excellence
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless procurement processes
* Lead and develop a high-performing sourcing team
* Monitor budgets, ensure policy compliance, and deliver accurate reporting

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's preferred)
* 5-7 years of experience in supply management sourcing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
* Strong knowledge of procurement regulations, vendor management, and strategic sourcing
* Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic
* Proficiency in MS Office and relevant procurement software
