Great opportunity for fully qualified Sous Chef with proven experience in design, preparation, presentation and delivery of creative high-quality food to VIP guests.

The successful candidate must have demonstrated capability and success as a senior chef in all aspects of food preparation, kitchen and staff management in a busy high-end dining or function environment. An understanding of Australian cuisine, produce and ingredients will be highly advantageous.
The Australian Pavilion will serve only 100% Halal menus. Proven capabilities in understanding all aspects of preparing and cooking to this standard is mandatory.
