Position Title: Sous Chef
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 13K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus duty meal, centralized tips, and bonus
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
The hiring company is an international food and beverage company handling various well known restaurant brands.
Job Role:
• Works with head chef to maintain kitchen organization, staff ability, and training opportunities
• Assists the Head Chef with menu creation and improvement
• Coordinates with restaurant management team on supply ordering, budget, and kitchen efficiency and staffing
• Hires and trains new kitchen employees to restaurant and kitchen standards
Requirements
Requirements:
• 40 years and below
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in the same field
• At least 3 years of experience as Sous Chef from casual/semi fine dining Turkish restaurant
• Must have a pleasing personality, and able to maintain proper hygiene
• Proven track of food preparation and kitchen maintenance
• Knowledgeable in hygiene and safety standards
• Excellent communication skills
