Job description / Role
Position Title: Sous Chef
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 9K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client: The hiring company is a high-end casual dining restaurant Dubai.
Job Role:
• Ensure food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created
• Ensure the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
• Direct the food preparation process and delegating tasks
• Assist the Head Chef to create menu items, recipes and develop dishes
• Supervise, motivate, and work closely with other Chefs of all levels
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian candidates
• Male, 45 years and below
• Culinary related education
• At least 3 years of work experience in the same role in a fine dining or casual dining restaurant
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Must have portfolio available
• Can join immediately will be prioritized
