Job description / Role
Candidate must be based in Dubai permanently, as the position will be live out. My client has a travelling Head chef already who also works on the yacht if required, so this role would work alongside him when he’s in Dubai and if not alone. They don’t want someone who’s going to travel back to their family outside of UAE frequently as this hasn’t worked well in the past.
The client enjoys a healthy lifestyle, a candidate with an interest in this is desirable.
Salary:
AED
15,000 to 25,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
English speaking is essential. Candidate must be personable and confident, the client has a large team and the sous chef needs to be a positive addition to the household. For example, would be required to provide lunches for the staff/ friends of the client. Ideally from a Middle Eastern background, their favourite cuisine is Lebanese/ Mediterranean/ Indian, and 90% of the time they enjoy a relaxed ‘family style’ dining set up. Experienced but flexible.
