Job description / Role
Position Title: Sous Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8K AED depending on experience and qualification plus accommodation, duty meal, and transportation
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
About the Client:
A high end Mediterranean fine dining restaurant in Abu Dhabi
Job Role:
- Monitor and ensure that company systems and standard operating procedures are met for all areas that directly report to him/her
- Oversee all aspects of commissary production and event execution
- Work closely with executive chef in promoting company’s culture, mission and philosophy
- Coordinate meal preparation and service activities within the kitchen
- Oversee kitchen staff throughout the cooking process and make sure that elements of dishes are properly cooked and seasoned.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Open to any nationality
- 40 years old and below
- At least 3 years experience in the same role
- Should have Italian or Mediterranean cuisine background – fine dining
- Should be fully vaccinated
