Job description / Role
Position Title: Sous Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus centralized tips and duty meals
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A high end casual dining in Dubai serving contemporary and seasonal menus
Job Description:
• Produce all food required for the kitchen
• Create new menus with detailed recipes, photographs and cost cards
• Ensure that the restaurant cost control policies and procedures are followed
• Be responsible for the hygiene and cleanliness of kitchen, food production and food storage areas
• Oversee and / or conduct training for staff as well as implement regular training programs
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Male, 40 years old and below
• At least 2 years of experience in the same role (Contemporary/International Cuisine)
• Should have leadership skills and passion for cooking
• Stand-alone experience is a big plus
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
