Job description / Role
• Assist the Head Chef to create menu items, recipes and develop dishes
• Ensure food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created
• Supervise, motivate, and work closely with other Chefs of all levels
• Demonstrate superior recipe knowledge for every item on the food menus
• Monitor all food storage facilities to ensure that proper storage techniques are being used and that the cleanliness standards of the restaurant are being maintained
Requirements
• Open to Europeans, Westerns, and Arabic nationals
• Must have at least 2 years work experience in the same role
• Should have a strong background with Mediterranean/Italian/French/European cuisines
• Seafood background is a plus
• Immediate joiners will be prioritize
