Position Title: Sous Chef
Employment Type: Full time
Salary: up to 12K AED depending on experience and qualification plus accommodation, transportation, duty meals, and medical insurance

About the Client:
A newly opened branch of a 5-star Hotel based in Dubai
Job Description:
• Ensure food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created
• Ensure the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
• Direct the food preparation process and delegate tasks
• Assist the Head Chef to create menu items, recipes and develop dishes
• Supervise, motivate, and work closely with other Chefs of all levels
Requirements
Requirements:
• 45 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in culinary or any related course and certifications and experience
• At least 5 years of experience on the same role in any hotel within GCC
• Well-versed in culinary arts with expertise in international cuisine
• Must have portfolio available
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
