Job description / Role
• Take proactive control of overseeing all culinary operations with effective supervision.
• Conduct daily inspections of kitchen areas and refrigerators to assess control systems and maintenance procedures.
• Maintain responsibility for upholding hygiene and cleanliness standards in all kitchen areas.
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, menu presentation, and hygiene are met.
• Guarantee customers receive prompt, efficient, and accurate service to achieve a high level of guest satisfaction.

Salary: up to 5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus tips

About the Client:
An Italian restaurant along the shores of Abu Dhabi.
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian nationalities
• 40 years old and below
• At least 1 year experience in the same role
• Open to home country experience
Salary:
AED
5,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
