Job Description:
- Assists the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring the preparation of high-quality French dishes in a fine dining setting
- Ensures smooth coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house teams during service.
- Contributes to menu development, trains junior staff, and ensures smooth coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house teams during service.
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies.
Requirements:
Position Title: Sous Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus tips and service charge
Benefits: as per UAE law

About the Client:
A luxurious fine dining restaurant in Abu Dhabi.
Qualifications:
- Open to Asian nationals
- Male, 40 years old and below
- At least 3 years of experience in experience in the similar role within high-end or fine dining set-up or 5* hotel, particularly French cuisine
Salary:
AED
10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
