Job Description:
- Assists the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring the preparation of high-quality eastern mediterranean dishes in a high end casual dining setting.
- Ensures smooth coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house teams during service.
- Contributes to menu development, trains junior staff, and ensures smooth coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house teams during service.
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies.
Requirements:
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus duty meal and tips
Benefits: as per UAE labor law

About the Client:
A Dubai-based Levant high end casual dining restaurant specializing in Eastern Mediterranean cuisine.
Qualifications:
- Open to Levant nationals
- Male, 45 years old and below
- At least 3-4 years of experience in the same role from high end casual dining restaurant
- Must have Eastern Mediterranean Cuisine experience
Salary:
AED
10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
