We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our vibrant culinary team in Dubai. In this key role, you will support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where creativity and leadership are highly valued.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and staff management.
- Ensure all food preparation and presentation meet the highest quality standards and comply with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Contribute to menu planning, considering seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends.
- Manage inventory control to minimize waste and optimize food costs.
- Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to enhance performance and professional growth.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage deliveries to ensure freshness and quality of ingredients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times.
- Step in to lead the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef.

- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role within high-end hospitality establishments.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen operations.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Creative mindset with a passion for culinary excellence and innovation.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Meals provided in restaurant, visa , insurance
