Job Description will be as the designation says in one of our renowned clients a renowned leader in Hospitality Industry located in Dubai, UAE is looking for Young, Energetic & Dynamic professionals to join their team. Detailed description about the job will be discussed in detail while facing Interview.

Requirements

JD
• To supervise with the relevant section on food preparation and service according to set standards, customer satisfaction and high level of sales in line with business policies and regulations.
• Supervise day to day activities of assigned kitchen section, preparation and distribution/delivery of food items to outlets and functions to improve productivity, quality, service and creativity while maintaining hands on approach.
• Delegates and assigns responsibilities and levels of operational authority within the section. To continuously research current market trends and device menus based on guest requirement.
• To ensure achievement of goals, budgeted financial results and objectives of the section. Introduce, monitor and assess cost control and cost reduction measures on continuous basis
• To achieve maximum utilisation of material, equipment and staff for quality of food.
• Maintain warm, professional and regular relationship with tenants/guests/customers to ensure a prompt and high standard of service.

Salary Offered
• Monthly gross salary up to AED 13,000 (This includes basic, housing and transport allowances)
