Position Title: Sous Chef – Sandwich Section

Salary: up to 9K AED depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A premium bakery brand, in Dubai known for its artisanal pastries, breads, and exquisite desserts combining flavors with contemporary innovation.

Job Description:
• Prepare a wide variety of gourmet sandwiches, wraps, and savory baked goods aligned with the brand.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new sandwich recipes and seasonal menu items.
• Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing to ensure high standards.
• Monitor inventory, minimize waste, and ensure timely ordering of fresh ingredients.

Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of culinary experience with at least 2 years as Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in a sandwich or cold kitchen section.
• Should have solid knowledge of international sandwich preparation with strong knife skills, plating techniques, and ingredient knowledge.
• Should have knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP.

Salary:
AED 9,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: yearly airline ticket allowance
