Spa Attendant

The Spa Attendant is responsible for orientating guests to the spa facilities, greeting guests as they enter the facilities, and providing personal guest service. They are responsible for keeping the lounge, locker room, and other guest areas neat, clean and stocked with all amenities.

What you will be doing:

- The Spa Attendant's responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Knowledgeable about all Spa service treatments offered seasonal treatment promotions
- Understands the basics of the spa menu and products in order to communicate knowledgably with guests
- Assists staff with lifting and storing facility equipment, furniture, and products to maintain the facility and prepare for special events
- Having excellent working knowledge of all positions, services, products, operations, systems, and procedures within the spa/salon
- Assist Members/Guests with use of sauna, steam, whirlpool
- To execute the standard of the Spa in the set-up of amenities and decor
- Responsible for the upkeep of female spa locker rooms the replenishment of items available to guests utilizing the spa locker rooms

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Previous experience is a must
- Good communication skills in addition to a good command of English Language
- Team player, highly responsible and reliable
