Job description

Assist guests with spa related information, giving them personal attention, anticipate their needs and be an escort to the appropriate facilities.

• Keep the spa areas clean, neat, stocked and organized at all times.
• Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner, escort guests as required and give tours of the spa as needed.
• Act as a host in the locker room and relaxation areas, ensuring that guests find their treatments, are served water, etc.
• Prepare rooms for treatments according to specified guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure stocking of all spa amenities and toiletries.
• Consistently engage with guests.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work well independently and as a team.
