Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Key tasks
- Carry out reception duties in the Spa and occasionally in Leisure department.
- Taking spa bookings, up selling and up grading where possible, ensure you are polite, clear and professional at all times.
- Achieve product and treatment sales from targets set by the Spa Manager
- Responsible for the meet and greet of clients, providing 5 star customer service and exceeding the clients expectations.
- Responsible for stock control inputting and end of month stock counts.
- Keeping spa database up to date and informing spa clients of new information and up coming events.
- Inputting spa clients' information onto Premier Day Spa and maintaining client's records are up to date.
- Serving drinks/food to spa guests and to ensure all spa guests are happy and thoroughly satisfied at all times.
- Escort clients to changing rooms, chill out room and explain in depth how to fill out their client record card and offer a beverage before the treatment commences.
- Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness are maintained through out the spa.
- Attend meetings, training sessions and promotional events, which may require working outside normal hours.
-To bring any ideas forward to ensure the spa is always at its highest standard and increase spa revenue.
