Position Title: Spa Receptionist
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: Up to 10,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client:
A leading multi-specialty healthcare clinic based in Abu Dhabi offering dermatology, plastic surgery, dental, and orthodontic services in UAE.

- Greet clients warmly, manage check-ins /check-outs, and handle inquiries via phone, email, in person provide detailed information on spa services, pricing, and promotions.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth service.
- Process payments, promote products/packages, and address client concerns professionally.
- Maintain a clean reception area and ensure client confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:
- Open to Arabic-speaking candidates only
- 35 years old and below
- At least 2 years in a receptionist/front desk role, preferably in a clinic, spa, or wellness setting
- Proficient in Booking systems, scheduling software, and client management applications

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
