Position Title: Spa Receptionist
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A leading multi-specialty healthcare clinic based in Abu Dhabi offering dermatology, plastic surgery, dental, and orthodontic services in UAE.

Job Description:
- Greet clients warmly, manage check-ins /check-outs, and handle inquiries via phone, email, in person provide detailed information on spa services, pricing, and promotions.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth service.
- Process payments, promote products/packages, and address client concerns professionally.
- Maintain a clean reception area and ensure client confidentiality at all times

- Open to Syrian, Lebanese, Palestinian, Iraqis nationals, Female, 35 years old and below
- At least 2 years relevant experience with proven experience as a receptionist or front desk staff, preferably in a clinic, spa, or wellness setting, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident using booking systems and computer applications for scheduling, billing, client management and able to handle sensitive client information discreetly
- Must be well-groomed, polite, and customer-focused, maintaining a welcoming and professional front-of-house presence at all times

Salary:
AED 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
