Position Title: Spa Receptionist
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A leading multi-specialty healthcare clinic based in Abu Dhabi offering dermatology, plastic surgery, dental, and orthodontic services in UAE.

Job Description:
1. Greet clients warmly, manage check-ins /check-outs, and handle inquiries via phone, email, in person provide detailed information on spa services, pricing, and promotions.
2. Schedule and confirm appointments, coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth service.
3. Process payments, promote products/packages, and address client concerns professionally.
4. Maintain a clean reception area and always ensure client confidentiality.

Qualifications:
1. Open to Arab national females aged 35 and below.
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a receptionist or front desk staff, preferably in a clinic, spa, or wellness setting, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Confident in using booking systems and computer applications for scheduling, billing, and client management.
4. Well-groomed, customer-focused, and professional, with the ability to handle sensitive client information discreetly.

Salary:
AED 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
