Job description / Role
• Drive the salon and the business forward, encouraging the teams to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage and motivate the teams, including regular meetings and team briefings
• Managing the salons costs and profitability.
• Ensuring that stock levels are controlled effectively,
• Ensure deliver of excellent customer service at all times.
• Ensuring the salon is clean and adheres to the luxury standards at all times.
• Managing the salon to ensure it operates professionally and effectively and stays on brand at all times.
• Encouraging the team to optimise turnover on all services, treatments, retails sales, colour appointments and rebooking clients.
• Report directly to the head office.
• Opening and closing of the salon
• Taking card and cash payments
• Answering telephones and taking client bookings
• Managing Salon communications
• Knowledge of all facilities and treatments available
• Upselling and Cross-selling products and services to customers
