An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Spa Therapist to join our Rixos The Palm team. To provide exceptional service to the guests & maintains the overall efficiency of standards set.

What you will be doing:

- To organize and perform Beauty Therapy Treatments as detailed in the Departmental Operations Manual
- To effectively offer consultation to each guest prior to the treatment
- To confidently recommend and up-sell additional treatments to guests. To try to rebook them
- To coordinate with Spa Supervisor & Spa Manager to ensure a smooth booking procedure
- To be fully aware of current and future services offered by the hotel and to make suggestions for improvement, expansion or creation of new services.
- To keep up-to-date with the Guest Survey results and to improve where required.
- To have a thorough knowledge of Spa Departments as well as other applicable services offered by the hotel.
- To notify the Spa Supervisor & Spa Manager immediately of any guest complaints where ever possible.
- To ensure the treatment rooms are clean, well-stocked up, and properly set up prior to commencing the treatment.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Relevant experience as Spa Therapist or similar is an asset
- Diploma in Therapy
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
- Pleasant personality and positive attitude
