Role overview

We are seeking experienced senior spa therapists who bring both skill and heart to their work. You will provide a full range of body and facial treatments, with strengths in techniques such as lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, maderotherapy, and facial rejuvenation. The ideal candidate understands holistic wellness and delivers excellence from day one, with minimal training required.

Key responsibilities

• Perform the full range of spa treatments with exceptional quality and consistency.
• Confidently deliver results-driven therapies including lymphatic drainage, maderotherapy, detox massage, and customized facials.
• Personalize treatments based on guest needs while upholding brand standards.
• Maintain impeccable hygiene and presentation in all treatment areas.

• Build strong guest relationships through professionalism and warmth.
• Recommend suitable treatments or retail products to support wellness goals.
• Ensure guests leave feeling genuinely cared for and satisfied.

• Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and accountability.
• Participate in regular training and skill development sessions.

Requirements

• Diploma/certification in spa therapy, massage, or aesthetics.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a premium spa or hotel environment.
• Skilled in both body and facial treatments, especially detox, sculpting, and rejuvenating techniques.
• Strong consultation and communication skills to quickly build trust.
• Well-groomed, professional, and passionate about delivering elevated service.
