Job description / Role
On behalf of our client, a multi national Spanish manufacturing company we are recruiting an experienced, customer Service / Sales Assistant who speaks fluent Spanish.
The role will be based in their Dubai office and will involve duties such as,
- Registering, managing and following up SAP orders,
- Following up payments from their customers, - Sending and following up shipping documents,
- Assisting the sales team by interacting with the Headquarters and factories in Spain,
- Performing sales reports and analysis for example.
Please make sure you include these duties on your cv if you have done them. Please also make sure you mention the industries you have worked in on the cv.
And please mention that you are fluent in Spanish or you will not be called.
Requirements
The successful candidate will be either a native Spanish National or coming from a Spanish speaking country for example in South America but you must be fluent in Spanish.
You will have been working in office admin and customer service roles.
Ideally you will have a UAE driving licence.
