Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Purpose & Results of Role: Managing the customer order; High service rate on spare parts stock availability; Smooth flow on Inbound and Outbound spare parts operation; Committed, results driven and profit and customer satisfaction oriented, always ensuring highest result achievement; Ensuring parts availability and managing optimum stock level and placing the order to supplier; Managing high fulfilment rate of received customer orders; Collecting and Analyse the Distributor KPI data which will assist the Warehouse operations; Managing the entire shipping document for the inbound and outbound including all quality assurance (SASO/Certifications); Supervises and coordinates the Warehouse team for inventory control functions, Inbound and Outbound, including cycle count, Claims from supplier, reconciliation Investigates and resolves discrepancies; Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures are adhered in accordance with company policies and Manage storing process / bins / location; Tracking and collecting customer Payments.

Requirements

- Bachelor degree/Diploma in mechanical engineering
- 5+ Years automobile spare parts warehouse management experience with proven track records in GCC area.
- Superior ability with numbers and inventory calculations and able to read and interpret basic accounting spread sheets and data.
- Good Knowledge on MS Excel and PPT.
- Logical thinking and strong capability of problem analysis.
- Experience with DMS System and SAP ERP system.
- Fluency in English, other language such as Arabic and Hindi would be advantageous
