Job purpose

Oversee implementation of asset integrity and process safety (AI and PS) policies and procedures to assure integrity of projects throughout the lifecycle. Provide professional expertise in safeguarding the project's integrity by supporting the monitoring and auditing of various integrity activities being implemented during the projects.

Key accountabilities

Asset integrity and process safety

Participate in the asset integrity and process safety reviews and ensure compliance of integrity management processes and procedures.

Act as focal point for technical integrity function for project and ensure that technical integrity verification is carried out as per requirement and track and report closure of findings.

Serve as focal point for the asset integrity and process safety standard within projects including integrity management internal assessments and verification and measurement. Assure timely execution and follow-up of remedial studies.

Assist the OE division in determining the company AI and PS strategy and ensure cascade and implementation of relevant policies and procedures across projects.

Participate in developing alternative ideas to improve the existing AI and PS procedures and services and provide inputs and suggestions for the continuous improvement of current practices taking into account best practice and international standards.

Participate in the establishment of AI and PS performance indicators that will serve in achieving shareholders' KPIs. Monitor and report integrity assurance KPIs on critical activities throughout project lifecycle.

Prepare periodical progress reports on the AI and PS project KPIs to keep top management informed about the progress of all initiatives and to facilitate decision making.

Monitor the top AI and PS items and follow up the actions to reduce concerns and ensure timely closure of required action items.

Monitor and follow up deviations and non-conformities identified and follow up to either justify or correct them, and subsequently close out.

Develop AI and PS audit and assurance program with clear plan of activities including ascertaining level of compliance with different AI and PS requirements across the projects as applicable.

Address AI and PS audit action items and monitor status of addressing audit findings and recommendations for project phase as applicable.

Issue periodic reports to management, update on status of AI and PS audit programs and action plans.

Report on AI and PS performance against agreed KPIs and ensure agreed KPIs are cascaded to all related areas during project phase as applicable.

Participate in AI and PS community of practice and related activities.

Qualifications, experience, knowledge & skills

Bachelor degree in engineering.

Nine years of experience in integrity management in the oil and gas production industry.

Comprehensive understanding of project management principles, processes and systems based on a life cycle approach.

Good understanding of business process development and implementation with reference to those processes aimed to assure the achievement of project integrity.

Good understanding of KPIs to measure technical performance.

Knowledge of HSE procedures and practices.

Planning and organising, scheduling and coordinating, checking, examining and recording.
