Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Principal Functions (Major Areas of Responsibility):

• Management of Sales Channels Incentives and Commission Operations: Optimize performance of Consumer Sales Channels “Direct and Indirect Sales”, by ensuring organizational alignment, increased productivity and data integrity.
• Assist in developing, administering and executing Sales Incentive and Commission Plans. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure a smooth implementation and process.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Carry out Channel Incentive Compensation activities on regular basis (Incentives and commission schemes) to ensure alignment with section priorities and targets.
• Perform weekly/monthly comprehensive validation on Incentive/ Commission components (target, achievement, payout, rate plans, quality index, etc) pre-initiating workflow comparing various reporting sources.
• Rectify errors by taking corrective actions & pro-actively take preventive measures to avoid its occurrence and to meet Incentives workflow's timeline.
• Receive, review and injects all necessary configuration data received from all sales channels in the system on monthly basis to ensure correct incentives/commission calculation.
• Trouble shoot any changes made in Incentive/ Commission system, processes, reports, web form's output or any other applications.
• Act as SPOC for different stakeholders by attending to their queries and response to them in a timely and effective manner.
• Follow up with relevant stakeholders for Incentive/ Commission projects status on the output results by performing successful User Acceptance Test.
• Reconcile of system's actual Incentive/ Commission payout details against processed data with HR/Finance and highlight any discrepancies.
• Prepare & communicate monthly Incentive/ Commission dashboards, Sales performance reports, including forecasts for higher management.
• Study and analyze monthly target results versus Sales achievement for all Sales direct and indirect channels. Highlight areas of concerns to Sales management and communicate the findings to relevant channels for corrective actions.
• Creates and maintain a comprehensive database for all new & existing Incentives/ Commission schemes and communicate with stakeholders for alignment & management review and decision.
• Submit ad-hoc reports to the management as and when required.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales
• Finance and/or Accounting
• Preferred: Project Management
• 4-5 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Sales Management, Reporting
