Specialist / Consultant Critical Care

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist / Consultant in Critical Care to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care and treatment to critically ill patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Responsibilities:
- Provide expert medical care and treatment to critically ill patients in the intensive care unit (ICU)
- Assess and manage patients with complex and life-threatening conditions, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and quality of care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Utilize advanced diagnostic and therapeutic techniques to monitor and support critically ill patients, including mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, and advanced life support
- Participate in teaching and training activities for medical students, residents, and other healthcare professionals to promote continuous learning and professional development
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and research projects aimed at enhancing critical care practices and outcomes

- Medical degree from a recognized institution, with board certification or equivalent in Critical Care Medicine
- Minimum of 5 years of post-certification experience in critical care medicine, with a strong track record of managing complex and critically ill patients
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced critical care procedures and technologies, including but not limited to mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, and advanced life support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and provide mentorship to junior staff
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a strong interest in teaching and research activities
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in Arabic considered an asset
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care, clinical excellence, and ethical practice

Salary:
AED 45,000 to 95,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
